Job Summary This role will handle calls and emails for in-scope inquiries for all lines of general insurance business.
Job Description Handle all in scope inquiries for all lines of general insurance business Assist agents and customers with renewals, quotations, endorsements Reply to email inquiries for motor insurance and other general insurance policies Support customer service hotline Meeting Service levels and KPIs defined by the Company Escalation of cases when required Attend to walk-in Agents / Customers on motor policies Administrative work related to payment reconciliation Any other tasks assigned Role Requirements Diploma and above Writes well and speaks fluently in English, Mandarin to support customers 1-2 years work experience in insurance industry, in particular motor insurance Prefer to be BCP, PGI certified Familiar with MS Office Flair in customer service Team player, willingness to learn, positive mindset Powered by JazzHR
