Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the internal and external sales teams in Singapore to achieve corporate sales and profitability targets
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans focused on solution-based selling and value creation for customers
- Drive key account development, major project acquisition, and market share expansion within targeted segments
- Enhance internal sales processes and CRM utilization to boost team productivity and efficiency
- Recruit, coach, and manage the performance of the sales team to build a best-in-class salesforce
- Foster strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service to increase wallet share
- Design and execute a robust business development strategy for water treatment sales across Southeast Asia
- Collaborate with country leaders to co-lead the regional water treatment sales force and meet regional sales goals
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to develop solution hubs and leverage prefabrication capabilities in the region
- Identify and capture new opportunities in the water treatment sector across Southeast Asia
Key Requirements :
Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field8 years of proven leadership in managing internal and external sales teams with revenue responsibility exceeding $10 millionDemonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving new business developmentExperience in tendering and executing large M&E projectsStrong network and familiarity with microelectronics, water treatment, or manufacturing sectorsStrategic thinking and market insightStrong business acumen and reporting capabilitiesCross-functional leadership and project managementExcellent communication and presentation skillsApply today or email me at or at +65 6027 2719 to discuss this new opportunity.
