Job description

We're looking for a cheerful and dependable Customer Service Officer to join our tuition centre's front-desk team. As the first point of contact for our students and parents, you'll play a key role in shaping their experience with us. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in ensuring smooth daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, calls, and enquiries
  • Assist with student registration, class scheduling, payment processing, and other administrative tasks
  • Explain our tuition programs clearly and confidently to parents and prospects
  • Follow up with parents on attendance, payments, and student matters when needed
  • Work closely with teammates to manage the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for students and parents
  • Provide a positive and cheerful customer experience in line with our service values
  • Occasionally assist at other centre locations when required

Working Hours

You will be working a fixed 5-day schedule :

  • Tuesday to Friday : 2 : 30 PM to 9 : 30 PM
  • Sunday : 8 : 30 AM to 7 : 00 PM
  • Off days are fixed on Monday and Saturday

    Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
  • Responsible, reliable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel between centres occasionally when necessary
  • Must be able to commit to the stated fixed working hours
