Prepare and cook dishes according to hotel recipes and standards.
Assist Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in kitchen operations.
Maintain food quality and presentation for guests.
Check ingredients for freshness and quality before use.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Set up station and ensure all mise en place is ready before service.
Assist in training junior cooks (Commis II or III).
Store food properly and label all items as per hotel SOP.
