FM Associate, QA / QC (Hougang)

Selected candidates will form part of the Intergrated Facilities Management Quality Team and reports to the Quality Manager.

He / She will carry out Quality Assurance and Control tasks for FM Contracts secured :

1. Perform periodic QA checks on completed Ad-hoc purchase orders issued to IFM based on regulatory and contract clauses. Conduct site inspections to verify Processes, Quality and Quantity of completed works.

2. Perform periodic QA checks on completed Maintenance Works and Services under respective IFMs based on regulatory and maintenance requirements stated in the IFM Contract. Conduct site checks to ascertain the scheduled works and services being carried out timely and correctly.

3. Record and Analyse all audit observations and findings and establish corrections / corrective and preventive actions for the IFM teams to carry out. Record all actions carried out by IFM teams and close audit findings.

4. Discuss analysed results and rectifications with the team managers. Broadcast these discussions to the site teams as part of contract awareness and training.

5. Prepare and submit periodic reports on the good practices and findings recorded during audit checks as per respective Clients' contractual requirements.

6. Present report summaries during periodic meetings with Clients' and their representatives for discussions.

7. Provide contract knowledge, guidance and support to the site team members (QC / TO / SP, etc) to promote contract compliances and enhance work quality.

8. Carry out any other QA / QC-related or non-related tasks that the Quality Manager may assign to individul to complete.
