Job Summary

Basic up to $3300
Location : Joo Koon (West)
Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
AWS + VB

The Role :

Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, etc., and provide product / delivery updates.

Process orders accurately, handle special requests, and coordinate with supply chain / warehouse.

Prepare and verify shipping, sales, and customs documents, while negotiating logistics rates.

Collaborate with internal teams (accounts, technical, logistics) to resolve payments, returns, and delivery issues.
