Build and lead a dynamic, regional team of marketers dedicated to the to the successful growth and performance of our SMB business in APAC
Create and develop regional strategy and drive execution at scale across our ecosystem (Internal and External) by acquiring qualified leads
Develop regional strategy and initiatives for activation of specific verticals and segments
Build net-new content, scalable toolkits, marketing campaigns and enablement programs that help engage with SMB audiences
Deliver narrative and content creation that focuses on business priority pillars or products
Balance both creative and analytical interpretation of data to design inspiring and effective digital marketing campaigns that drives business results and impact
Support development / execution of process of assessing leads and funneling to appropriate engagement tracks to mitigate churn and nurture activation potential, including working directly with Scaled Business Sales and Account Management counterparts to fast-track transfer of high potential leads for advertiser activation and revenue growth
Activate comprehensive performance marketing-based initiatives and continuously iterate to maximize results through to acquisition
Collaborate as a seamless partner to other XFNs and leadership, including SMB Product & Sales organizations both within region and globally
Develop a strong team and culture
Demonstrate SMB and Marketing thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations
Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing, SMB marketing, partnership and media background preferred; 3-5 years experience in team & people management from diverse culture.
Acute understanding of SMB business needs, TikTok & competitors SMB product solutions.
Experience working with both B2B & B2C customers in an international environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments and regions.
