Lead the development and adoption of security architecture across the Group by creating standardized security reference architectures and design patterns.
Promote the consistent implementation of these standards across all technology initiatives.
Perform security architecture reviews for group-wide projects to ensure alignment with reference designs and the integration of effective security measures.
Identify and address security design gaps in both new and existing systems by rmending appropriate controls to mitigate risks.
Serve as a trusted subject matter expert, providing security guidance and consultation to stakeholders across IT and non-IT functions.
Clearly articulate and define security requirements across domains such as data, network, cloud, application, workload, and infrastructure.
Support the bank’s overall information and cybersecurity strategy by representing the Information Security Department in technology working groups and architecture forums.
Drive innovation in cybersecurity architecture and design. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and maintain active engagement with regulatory bodies, industry experts, and professional organizations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security,puter Science / Engineering, or a related field.
10–15 years of relevant experience in security across multiple domains in large-scale andplex environments such as multinational corporations or financial institutions
Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas :
Application Security : Banking systems, web applications, API protection, authentication and authorization protocols.
Infrastructure Security : Networking, operating systems, databases, zero trust architectures, cryptography, and security monitoring solutions.
Cloud Security / DevSecOps : Public cloud platforms, containerization, serverless environments, and integrating security in CI / CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of the IT lifecycle including strategy, development, implementation, operations, vendor management, audit, risk, and business continuity.
Professional certifications in relevant fields such as CISSP, TOGAF, SABSA, CCSK, CCIE Security, or certifications from AWS, Azure, SANS, or CREST.
Candidates with architecture experience looking to transition into security roles are wee to apply.
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to conveyplex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and naturally inquisitive with strong problem-solving abilities.
