The Challenges
You will provide psychological services for both inpatients and / or outpatients within the psychiatric services as a member of a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals.
For the positions of Senior Clinical Psychologists, you will provide leadership to subordinate levels of staff and participate in the duties of subordinate levels of staff as and when necessary.
As a clinical psychologist in the Psychology Department working with adults, you will be expected to :
- provide services that include psychometric assessment, as well as individual and group psychotherapy
- contribute to mental health promotion programmes and psychological duties within the institute’s framework
- participate in or conduct research
The Requirements
Master of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from an established university.Preferably relevant working experience.For the Senior Clinical Psychologist, preferably with 5 to 8 years of working experienceGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team.It will be an advantage if you are holding or are eligible for a valid registration, license or practising certificate with an established or recognised psychological professional body such as APA, APS or BPS.
