Job Description
Underwrite and develop marine cargo and hull business to achieve the targeted profitable portfolioEnsure smooth workflow within the Marine TeamEnsure collaboration across lines of businesses, functions and countries to proactively address the needs of our customersWork closely with Accounts on credit control matters, Claims Department to keep abreast of submitted claims and to improve underwriting based on claims results.Ensure compliance of Company's reinsurance treaty limits, terms and conditions to protect Company's net exposure.Monitor and review annual policies, open covers, cover notes etcCoordinate and liaise with process team on document processing Provide support on all enquiries pertaining to the web-based portal for marine cargo.Able to place and accept facultative reinsurance.Role Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in Marine underwritingGCE ‘A’ or Polytechnic, Diploma Singapore College of InsuranceCGI ANZIIF or ACII QualificationsTell employers what skills you have
