Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through consultative selling to senior-level decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, sponsors, and exhibitors.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to align sales messaging with event themes and target audience needs.
- Provide regular sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and performance reporting to senior management.
- Represent the brand at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings-locally and internationally.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the events, media, or exhibition industries.
- Confident in selling high-value sponsorship and exhibition packages to C-level executives and marketing decision-makers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline effectively.
