They specialise in delivering end-to-end connectivity solutions that support some of the world’s most recognisable brands across data centres, enterprise IT, financial services, and commercial real estate. Their services span structured cabling and hardware IMAC-D, smart building integration, and managed services.

As Country Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a growing portfolio of ICT infrastructure projects and managed services contracts within your region. This strategic role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery, and driving profitability. You’ll act as the key point of contact for operational alignment across global and regional teams and collaborate with senior leaders to shape performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and implementing the operational strategy in line with business goals
  • Leading and mentoring a team delivering ICT infrastructure projects and managed services
  • Understanding account-specific operational needs and tailoring strategies accordingly
  • Building and managing key relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Identifying new business opportunities and forwarding leads to the Sales function
  • Meeting and exceeding financial and margin-related KPIs
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-performing talent in collaboration with HR
  • Analysing workflows and introducing operational optimisations
  • Managing budget and resource planning across teams and accounts
  • Overseeing inventory and ensuring availability of resources and materials
  • Setting team performance targets and regularly coaching to support delivery
  • Collaborating across global teams to align operations and shared services
  • Maintaining and improving quality management systems with compliance stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with regional and international regulatory frameworks
  • Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for best value
  • Reporting to senior management on KPIs, risks, and client updates
  • Communicating insights from client feedback to drive service improvements
  • Establishing and monitoring operational metrics and dashboards
  • Managing special projects and providing hands-on support as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior operations or country leadership role, ideally within ICT infrastructure, structured cabling, or managed services
  • Strong background in managing large-scale project delivery teams
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth and margin improvement
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in cross-functional stakeholder engagement
  • Understanding of global delivery models and cultural nuances
  • Familiarity with contract law and common contract types (e.g. FIDIC)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
