Job description
Your Role & Responsibilities
Conduct daily hygiene inspections across kitchen and packing areas
Monitor food preparation, cooking, packing, and delivery processes in compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and SFA standards
Maintain daily temperature logs, sanitation records, and calibration checklists
Support FSMS document maintenance and SOP compliance
Inspect incoming raw materials for quality, temperature, expiry, and SFA compliance
Supervise extraction and packing of coconut water, coconut meat, ensuring correct expiry date labelling, sealing, and presentation
Ensure food is packed at the correct temperatures using food-safe packaging
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA / QC reports
Assist in audit preparation and documentation of non-conformities, corrective, and preventive actions
Conduct onboarding and training for kitchen staff on hygiene and food safety
Promote consistent hygiene habits and 5S methodology across departments
Who We're Looking For
Diploma Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
1-2 years QA / QC experience in catering, food manufacturing, or F&B.
Fresh Grads are welcome to apply too. Training will be provided.
Familiar with HACCP, FSMS, ISO 22000, and SFA regulations
Proactive, hands-on, meticulous, and strong in documentation
Team player who works well with kitchen and logistics teams
