Role

As a Senior Product Manager , you will define and execute the strategy. Your goal is to build a unified platform that streamlines the full lifecycle of orchestration assets, ensuring high-quality automation at scale

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for a unified platform supporting Design, Development, Versioning, CI / CD, and Testing .
  • Prioritize and manage the product roadmap to enhance automation quality and governance.
  • Leverage AI-powered insights for predictive analytics , semantic enrichment , and optimization recommendations .
  • Ensure enterprise security, compliance, and scalability within Workato’s orchestration suite.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and GTM teams to drive seamless adoption and customer confidence.
  • Act as a thought leader , promoting leadership in enterprise orchestration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS / B2B , preferably in Integration Platforms .
  • Expertise in Software Lifecycle Operations , including LCNC Development, CI / CD, Version Control, and Testing .
  • Strong knowledge of modern software architecture (API Security, Observability, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with Version Control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket), Workflow Automation tools (Zapier, Workato), and Automated Testing tools (Selenium, JMeter).
  • Proven ability to integrate AI / ML-driven insights for automation and monitoring.
  • Customer-centric approach with experience collaborating across engineering, UX, and GTM teams .
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Engineering, Data Science , or a related field ( MBA is a plus ).
