About The Role

As a Senior Algorithm Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development of advanced algorithms that power our next-generation AI products. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers and researchers, leveraging your expertise to create solutions that redefine industry standards.

You Will

Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of advanced computer vision algorithms for our next-generation eKYC products, mainly focus on biometric verification ( face recognition, and liveness detection) for customer onboarding and user authentication processes.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product management, software engineering, business units) to align technical roadmaps with business requirements and integrate sophisticated algorithms into our tech stack effectively.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence in algorithm design. Encourage innovation and effective problem-solving techniques.

Ensure all algorithmic solutions comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in data privacy and user protection.

Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders, fostering clear understanding and collaboration.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Ph.D. or Master's degree, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning or a related field.

At least 2 years of proven experience in designing and implementing complex algorithms for real-world applications in Computer Vision.

Solid background in algorithms, data structure and object-oriented programming

Strong coding skills, preferably in languages such as Python

Good background in machine learning and deep learning platforms

Track record of successfully delivering high performance ML-driven products

Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-growing company.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
