Human Resource Business Partner

Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : $6,500 per hour

Working Hours : Monday - Friday 830am-530pm

Location : Pasir Panjang

Contract Period : 11 months

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management
• Partner with line managers and fellow HRBPs to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines for critical roles
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and best practices
• Oversee pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
• Conduct recruitment data analysis and provide insights to support workforce planning and decision-making
Job Requirements :
• Singaporean
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant recruitment experience; in-house and / or public sector experience will be an advantage
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
