Job description
Responsibility
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Administration and Sales Division. Key duties include, but are not limited to :
Managing and directing incoming telephone calls
Organizing and maintaining proper filing systems
Handling matters related to couriers, mail, office supplies, and pantry provisions
Coordinating travel arrangements including visa applications and flight bookings
Updating and maintaining internal databases and records
Pre-requisite
Prior relevant administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-driven, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and diligent with a strong work ethic
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A team player who is also capable of working independently
