This established and successful software vendor is at an exciting stage of growth and looking to increase headcount in the Singapore office. They are looking for a Support Engineer to take on a customer facing role.

You will be working closely with the Sales team to assist with the integration of technical solutions; solve customer issues; provide customer feedback to the product team and manage the customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering / DevOps
• Working knowledge of databases, cloud platforms and software programming
• Customer facing experience would be preferred
• Team player with a positive attitude and excellentmunication skills
