IT Support Engineer

Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2+ years of IT support experience, Fresh grads are welcome to apply Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, basic networking. Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer). Good problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and handle multiple requests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first and second-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and email setup
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues on-site and remotely.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure timely backups and antivirus updates.
- Support network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Liaise with vendors for equipment maintenance or warranty claims.
- Assist in onboarding / offboarding of staff from IT perspective.
