Our client is known for its independent research, exceptional trading and sales capabilities, and well-established corporate access. With a 80+ member team across locations, they provide services to 400+ clients spread across US, Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe and India.
Position Type : Permanent
Role : Admin Support . This job typically involves providing general administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of an office environment and the sales team.
Prerequisite
- Experience of minimum 3 - 5 yrs+ in a similar role.
- Working on BFSI domain will be an added advantage
- The incumbent might be required to take the MAS, The Monetary Authority of Singaporeexams. (The "MAS exam" in Singapore generally refers to the examinations required for individuals seeking to be representatives in the financial advisory or capital markets industry)
Key Responsibilities :
Help with various admin matters like printing and binding reports, organising group events / lunches, restaurant reservations, ordering bentos at client offices.Help manage and launch analyst and corporate access roadshow schedules : fixing,dates, organising logistics (hotels, cars, visa, etc), liaising with local and overseas teams.CRM Data Uploads.Liaise with the tech team in case of CRM errors, or tech support needs in Singapore eg. Wi-Fi / other tech issues, VC connectivity for client group calls, etcTimely coordination / communication with Business / Multiple Teams on various matters, e.g. roadshows, open slots, conference room booking, logistics etc.Any other miscellaneous matters / follow ups that may come up day to day.Tell employers what skills you have
