Incred Global Wealth Pte. Ltd. is a MAS-licensed wealth management firm with a Capital Markets Service license for fund management. We specialize in delivering cutting-edge wealth management solutions, supported by robust in-house asset management expertise suitable for Ultra and High Net-Worth individuals. We are expanding into Corporate Services (a new company to be formed) and are looking to hire a full-time experienced corporate secretary for our corporate clients, to support this new business line. The Secretary will be at the forefront of our operations, playing a key role in driving robust corporate governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering effective administrative support for both our clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all corporate secretarial functions, including preparation and filing of statutory returns, maintenance of statutory registers, and drafting of board and shareholder resolutions. Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents to ACRA and other relevant regulatory authorities.
- Organize and document board, committee, and shareholder meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Liaise with regulators, external advisors, auditors, and financial institutions on company matters. Advise the board and management on corporate governance, statutory obligations, and best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the company.
- Maintain proper records of regulatory licenses, entity documents, and corporate filings.
- Oversee accounting records and coordinate with auditors as required.
Required qualifications
Singapore Citizen or Permanent ResidentMinimum 10 years of relevant company secretarial experience, preferably in the financial services sectorStrong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple deadlinesChartered Secretary (CSIS / SAICSA qualified) or equivalent recognized qualification under ACRA / Companies Act is advantageous but not mandatoryBenefits
