Job descriptionAct as company liaison with outsourced Fire Safety Managers (FSM) for multiple projects. May be appointed as FSM for 1 building (if certified), including attending inspections and submission of reports. Proven ability to build and maintain good client relationships Strong presentation, planning, communication, and leadership skills Experience in business development, sales, or marketing Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus Knowledge of local fire safety regulations (Singapore : FSM certification is a bonus)

What the Role Is
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Fire Safety cum Sales Admin to support our sales and business growth efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, organized, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
Sales Admin
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to generate new business opportunities
- Keep client database and contact records regularly updated
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Work towards and achieve set sales targets
- Handle quotations, order follow-ups, customer inquiries, and provide after-sales support
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
