Job Description

The Electronics Division has been developing its business in the Semiconductor and Electronics industries and have also started expanding their business into the architecture, food and textile industries and are expanding their business further into Southeast Asia, Oceania, and South Asia. We are a department that works together as a team to achieve long-term high goals.

As a member of the Electronics Business Division, you will be responsible for sales planning and execution for specific major customers and will play a role in maintaining and expanding customer business.

This will be achieved by understanding customer issues and resolving them.

In order to achieve the department's goals, you will guide and develop subordinates, bring out their individual capabilities, and support their growth.

Sales and marketing of materials to Semiconductor and Electronics related manufacturers.

Maintain relationships with existing customer and supervise account management teams.

Conduct market research and 3C analysis to understand the semiconductor market in Southeast Asia and develop sales strategies to generate new opportunities.

Prepare monthly sales reports (actual, forecast, budget) for reporting to the head office.

Willingness to travel (Southeast Asia region)

Take the initiative and be proactive in networking.

Job Requirement

Min Diploma or Degree in Business or related field

At least 6 - 8 years' of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with min. 1 year in supervisory role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates

Highly sales driven and motivated.

Self-Motivated & Team player

Experience in semiconductor or electronics industry will be an added advantage

Knowledge of Southeast Asian market

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
