Tender Manager (A1 Main Contractor)

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager (Main Con A1) background to lead and manage the tendering process for our residential and building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost estimation, tender preparation, and coordination with stakeholders in large-scale HDB, Condo, or similar construction projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end tender process including cost estimation, tender documentation, and bid submission.
• Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to derive accurate quantities for pricing.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments for cost input and technical clarifications.
• Evaluate project risks and propose pricing strategies and assumptions.
• Attend tender interviews, site show rounds, and post-tender negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including timelines, formats, and pricing accuracy.
• Monitor market trends and material pricing to ensure competitive and profitable tender bids.
• Support post-tender clarifications and contract finalization with clients and consultants.
