Job summary :

Overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of company businesses across various regions.

Working closely with the execute team and be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Job Description :

Collaborate with the execute team to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives.

Oversee day-to-day operations of different businesses, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service level agreements.

Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs without compromising service quality.

Oversee service-oriented operations across both B2B and B2C segments, ensuring high standards of after-sales support, repair service quality, and customer satisfaction across regional markets.

Lead and mentor a diverse team of operational managers and team members across different regions, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor operational performance, analyze trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Champion a customer-centric approach by implementing initiatives to enhance the overall service experience and satisfaction of customers.

Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service partners to optimize supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard business operations.

Collaborate with finance and other departments to develop and manage operational budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize cost efficiency.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging feedback, implementing best practices, and fostering a mindset of operational excellence.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team to cultivate a high-performing and motivated workforce.

Any other job tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Proven experience with at least 10 years in operational leadership roles within the B2B services industry, preferably in the repair and service sector.

Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multi-site operations and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.

Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Deep understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and service delivery best practices.

Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of technology tools for operational optimization and performance tracking.

Experience in managing compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment, with a high level of adaptability, resilience, and resourcefulness.
