About The Job :

As a crucial pillar in the legal function - you will be the central driver for all legal matters in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead legal oversight across corporate, commercial, financing, and regulatory matters, serving as the go-to legal advisor for both the Singapore HQ and regional subsidiaries
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including loan agreements, construction contracts , joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements, with a strong focus on real estate and hospitality-related transactions.
• Support strategic projects by conducting legal due diligence, managing external counsel, and advising on asset enhancement initiatives across various markets.
• Ensure robust compliance and governance , including regulatory support (e.g., SGX Listing Manual), board documentation, and corporate secretarial back-up responsibilities when needed.
• Act as a business partner by aligning legal guidance with company strategy, effectively managing risk, and fostering strong internal relationships across departments and jurisdictions
