The Role :
We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on leader to develop and execute the APAC marketing strategy.This matrixed role requires a proven track record of marketing initiative'sacross high-growth markets (SEA, Japan, India & China) while managing a team of 12(direct & indirect reports).As part of the APAC Leadership Team, you will collaborate with VP Sales & MD APAC, holding direct budget accountability and influencing global marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the APAC marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives. You will identify market opportunities and drive local value creation.
- You will lead and manage a regional marketing team across various functions.You will be a partner with sales leadership to drive revenue growth.
- You will foster a performance-driven marketing culture and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
