Senior Facilities Executive
Results-driven facilities management executive with extensive expertise in soft services management (cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and security) complemented by knowledge of hard services. Demonstrated success in developing strategic service delivery models, vendor management, and creating safe, clean, and functional environments that enhance occupant experience while optimizing operational costs.
Core Expertise
Soft Services Leadership : Expert in managing cleaning operations, landscape maintenance, pest control programs, and security services with a focus on quality standards and compliance
Vendor Management : Strong track record in procurement, contractor selection, and performance management
Budget Optimization : Skilled at analyzing service costs, implementing efficiencies, and delivering value without compromising service quality
Stakeholder Management : Adept at balancing tenant / occupant needs with organizational objectives
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive soft services strategies aligned with organizational goals
Manage third-party service providers, establishing clear KPIs and performance metrics
Oversee cleaning programs including janitorial staffing, scheduling, and quality control
Direct landscape management including seasonal maintenance, sustainability initiatives, and aesthetic improvements
Implement integrated pest management strategies focused on prevention and environmentally-conscious solutions
Design and manage security protocols including physical security, access control systems, and emergency response procedures
Coordinate with hard services teams to ensure holistic facilities management
Drive continuous improvement through regular service audits and feedback mechanisms
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
