KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Planning and Scheduling :
- Prepare and Develop project plans and drawings, timelines and resource allocation;
- Prepare all RA, MOS, SWP drawings for the client to review;
Technical :
Perform site inspection with RE & RTO whenever necessary to ensure that the works are carried out toensure the project adheres to engineering standards, specifications, and regulations;Coordination and Communication :
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other engineers to ensuresmooth project execution;Supervise Construction works and assist Project Managers / Director and QS in preparation of ProgressClaims;Budget and Resource Management :
Monitor project costs, manages resources effectively and ensures the project stays within budget;Quality Assurance :
Implement quality control measures and ensuring the project meets the required quality standards;Problem Solving :
Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle;Reporting :
Prepare and present daily and monthly project status reports to stakeholders;Safety Compliance :
Ensure that the project adheres to all relevant safety regulations and standards;KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil)Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering preferrably Sewer and Water Diversion WorksProficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD), with a strong understanding of engineering principles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
