Job Description

  • 5 Day Work Week
  • Salary commensurate with work experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles partial accounts (A / R, A / P, invoicing)
  • Maintains & updating of accounting records
  • Submit monthly project progress claims to main contractor.
  • Evaluation and checking of main contractor's payment certificate against project claim.
  • Finalization of final accounts with main contractor
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding payments
  • General Administrative duties.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least "O" / "N" Level or equivalent, Professional Certificate, Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year accounting experience preferred
  • Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Able to work independently and well organized.
  • Able to start work on short notice.
