Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes. This includes managing project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Oversee the implementation of new HR systems, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensuring that the system meets those needs.
  • Collaborate with various HR and IT stakeholders , managing expectations, communicating project status, and resolving conflicts.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, service level agreements, and issue escalation.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Management, with expertise in managing large-scale HRIS projects.
  • Proven experience in HR technology, including HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with diverse groups, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot system issues and analyze data.
