Location : Singapore (collaboration with Indonesia market)

Salary Range : $5600-$6200

Work Arrangement : Flexible (may require frequent visit to Indonesia)

Job Description

As a Client Manager , you will take charge of identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with Indonesian crypto and Web3 projects. You will represent our brand, offer strategic marketing solutions, and help clients achieve their goals through our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue potential crypto / blockchain / Web3 clients in Jakarta and other key cities in Indonesia
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with founders, marketers, and business leads
  • Understand client goals and propose marketing strategies (e.g. social media, community, PR, KOLs)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • Represent the company in crypto industry events, meetups, and online forums

Requirements

  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Familiar with the Indonesia market (especially Jakarta)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of blockchain / crypto / Web3 industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in client relationship management and working with or for a crypto company / project
  • Strong local network within Indonesia's crypto or fintech ecosystem
  • Passion for networking, marketing, and community building
