A strong LLB degree from an accredited Law school or equivalentMinimum 8-10 years of Post Qualified ExperienceAdmission to the Singapore bar or from a common law jurisdictionExperience as in-house corporate counsel at a global multinational preferredExcellent knowledge of the Singapore legal systemBroad legal expertise in corporate, commercial, and contract law, plus regulatory mattersWorking knowledge of shipping, anti-trust, construction, projects, oil & gas, dispute resolution, compliance, insurance, employment, among othersYour core responsibilities include :
