Accounting Assistant
Responsibilities :
- Performs recording and posting of all accounting transactions.
- Prepares billing and collection reports.
- Prepares daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual tax transactions and reports (input / output VAT, EWT etc.)
- Conducts review of general and subsidiary Ledgers.
- Monitors and reconciles purchasing transactions.
- Prepares financial reports and statements.
Requirements :
Graduate of Bachelor’s / College degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent.Familiar with Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures.Preferably with experience on Accounting Systems or Quickbooks.Attention to details and accuracy.Willing to work in Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang.Join our team!
