We are on the lookout for a Business Development Executive to be part of our team. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills within the overall sales process when it comes to this role.

Job Functions
- Lead Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their requirements.
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Proposal Preparation and Presentation : Prepare customized proposals and presentations outlining our landscaping services, pricing, and value proposition. Deliver compelling presentations to clients, addressing their needs and persuading them to choose our services.
- Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales and secure long-term partnerships with key clients.
- Market Research and Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product / service enhancements and differentiation.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Generate regular reports to track progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with other departments such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment of business strategies.
