Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Attend to customer inquiries and service calls via phone, email and Whatsapps messages
  • Issue quotation, purchase order, delivery order, sales order & invoice from system
  • Coordinate schedules for installation and service teams
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and reporting
  • Any other related administrative duties as assigned by manager
  • 5Days Work Week

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate should possess 'N' / 'O' level / Diploma / professional qualifications in any field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' of working experience in general clerical / administrative duties / sales coordination / customer service related work.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced working environment.
  • Able to manage stress and work independently.
  • Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality.
  • Prefer candidates who are able to start work immediately or within short notice.
  • Singaporeans / PR / Malaysian are welcomes
  • Basic salary depending on relevant work experiences and qualifications
  • Training on in-house software program
