Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Attend to customer inquiries and service calls via phone, email and Whatsapps messages
Issue quotation, purchase order, delivery order, sales order & invoice from system
Coordinate schedules for installation and service teams
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and reporting
Any other related administrative duties as assigned by manager
5Days Work Week
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate should possess 'N' / 'O' level / Diploma / professional qualifications in any field.
Minimum of 1-3 years' of working experience in general clerical / administrative duties / sales coordination / customer service related work.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced working environment.
Able to manage stress and work independently.
Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality.
Prefer candidates who are able to start work immediately or within short notice.
Singaporeans / PR / Malaysian are welcomes
Basic salary depending on relevant work experiences and qualifications
Training on in-house software program
