Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee end-to-end renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Liaise with clients, contractors, designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with Singapore's renovation regulations (HDB / BCA guidelines, permits, etc.).
Resolve on-site issues and provide proactive solutions to meet client expectations.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements :

In-depth knowledge of HDB / BCA rules , subcontractor management, and material sourcing.

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and manage expectations.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or related fields.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
