Roles & Responsibilities
We are representing our client, a Hong Kong listed company in the agricultural business, to look for an Accounts & Admin Executive to provide support to the regional and local Accounting Teams and handle general office administrative work.
Job Responsibilities
- Accounting Co-ordination : Track and coordinate financial transactions and reports to support regional and local accounting teams.
- Accounting Documentation : Prepare and file financial documents.
- Office Management : Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and records. Ensure the office environment is tidy and functional.
- Scheduling & Coordination : Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
- Communication : Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Document Management : Prepare, proofread, and edit documents and reports. Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Meeting Support : Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Administrative Support : Assist with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks. Provide support for on-going projects as needed.
- Customer Service : Greet and assist visitors and clients. Address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting / book-keeping software.Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and resourcefully.Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders.Tell employers what skills you have
