Job Responsibilities :
1. Pre-Sales Support :
Deliver technical presentations and product introductions for security chip solutions to customers.
Provide pre-sales consultation to address customer requirements.
2. Technical Support :
Offer hardware and software debugging and technical assistance during the sales process.
Track, analyze, and resolve technical issues during the after-sales phase.
3. Collaboration with Internal Teams :
Act as a bridge between customers and internal R&D / test teams to address technical challenges and ensure project alignment.
4. Customer and Market Feedback :
Gather customer requirements and monitor industry developments to provide valuable insights to the product and R&D teams.
Use customer feedback and market trends to propose optimization strategies for security chip products.
Gather customer feedback, track industry trends, and provide insights to marketing, sales, product and R&D teams.
5. Project Implementation :
Independently support customer projects across Indico, SEA, Africa mainly, ensuring seamless deployment and resolution of technical issues during product promotion.
6. Location : Based in Singapore.
Job Requirements :
At least five years of experience in the smart card or secure chip industry.
2. Product Knowledge :
Strong understanding of international norms and development trends for overseas banking and ID products.
Ability to write detailed Market Requirement Documents (MRDs).
3. Soft Skills :
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork, adaptability, and stress management abilities.
4. Travel Flexibility :
Willingness and ability to travel overseas, primarily within Indico and Southeast Asia, for on-site support and consulting.
5. Bilingual skilss
Both English and Chinese are fluent in writing, speaking, reading and listening.
6. No foreigner quota (no EP / SP quota)
