Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership :
- Define and drive the enterprise-wide GenAI transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify high-impact use cases and prioritise AI initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Partner with senior leadership to evangelise GenAI opportunities and foster a culture of innovation.
Program Management :
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver GenAI projects from ideation to deployment.Establishernance frameworks, KPIs, and risk management protocols for GenAI initiatives.Manage vendor relationships, technology partnerships, and external collaborations.Technical Oversight :
Collaborate with data science, engineering, and IT teams to ensure scalable and secure GenAI solutions.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLMs, multimodal AI, and foundation models.Guide the ethical and responsible use of AI, ensuringpliance with regulatory and organisational standards.Change Management & Enablement :
Drive organisational readiness through training,munication, and stakeholder engagement.Develop playbooks, toolkits, and best practices to accelerate GenAI adoption across departments.Measure andmunicate the impact of GenAI initiatives to stakeholders.Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree inputer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.6-8+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI / ML, or innovation leadership roles.Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI or automation programs.Strong understanding of GenAI technologies (, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning).Excellentmunication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI / ML toolkits (, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).Experience in regulated industries (, finance, healthcare) is a plus.Thought leadership in AI ethics,ernance, and responsible AI practices.What you'll get in return
