Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership :

  • Define and drive the enterprise-wide GenAI transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Identify high-impact use cases and prioritise AI initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with senior leadership to evangelise GenAI opportunities and foster a culture of innovation.

Program Management :

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver GenAI projects from ideation to deployment.
  • Establishernance frameworks, KPIs, and risk management protocols for GenAI initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, technology partnerships, and external collaborations.

    • Technical Oversight :

  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and IT teams to ensure scalable and secure GenAI solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLMs, multimodal AI, and foundation models.
  • Guide the ethical and responsible use of AI, ensuringpliance with regulatory and organisational standards.

    • Change Management & Enablement :

  • Drive organisational readiness through training,munication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop playbooks, toolkits, and best practices to accelerate GenAI adoption across departments.
  • Measure andmunicate the impact of GenAI initiatives to stakeholders.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree inputer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI / ML, or innovation leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI or automation programs.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies (, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning).
  • Excellentmunication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI / ML toolkits (, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
  • Experience in regulated industries (, finance, healthcare) is a plus.
  • Thought leadership in AI ethics,ernance, and responsible AI practices.
