Responsibilities :
- Deal directly with customers via phone call (no sales target)
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Process orders and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Perform administrative tasks
- Provide support to the sales team and internal departments
Requirements :
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to interact with Mandarin-speaking customersExperience in sales support or customer service would be an added advantageBasic knowledge of Microsoft applicationsEA License No. : 96C4864
