Works with Halal team and Hygiene and Safety Manager to ensure that all items received and disbursed though the Purchasing department are Halal certified.
Ensures that all items purchased though the purchasing department have full Halal certification, validity of Halal certification, checking that all batch numbers are accurately reflected in Halal certification provided by vendors.
Ensures that all Halal certified items used in the premise are submitted to the system.
Prepared to comply with MUIS Halal requirement.
Conducts internal audit and assessment together with Halal team and Hygiene and Safety Manager.
Assists with administrative work for Bizsafe matters, ISO2200 (Hygiene) etc.
All other ad-hoc duties
Requirements :
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in F& B industry preferred and considered an advantage
Excellent communication skills and able to interact well with management, colleagues and clients
Strong team player with the ability to build rapport and maintain collaborative working relationships
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines when required
