Deputy Project Manager

Key Responsibilities : 1. Project Planning and Execution :  Assist in developing and implementing project plans, including setting goals, budgets, and timelines.  Monitor project progress and propose adjustments to schedules or strategies as necessary 2. Team Coordination :  Coordinate communication between project team members and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration  Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and track action items 3. Resource Management :  Oversee the procurement of resources and materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and are delivered on time  Allocate appropriate resources to ensure projects are completed within the given time and budget 4. Risk Management :  Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and prepare contingency plans for potential problems 5. Reporting and Documentation :  Provide detailed reports on project outcomes against initial objectives and criteria  Support the Project Manager in contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards Skills and Qualifications :  Education : Typically holds a bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, or a related field  Experience : Hands-on project management experience, often having progressed through various roles within project teams  Key Skills : Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and risk management skills - ideally with 2 years of project management experience in the tech spac
