  • Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
  • Leading diversified conglomerate in real estate, hospitality, transportation, e-mobility
  • Candidates must have relevant work experience with loans, financing / debt financing

Responsibilities would include :

  • Be involved in capital raising and corporate development deals, spanning diversified sectors
  • Oversee financial modelling & valuation (including building company models from scratch) for group companies in assigned sectors
  • Assess and implement optimal funding structures and capital raising solutions including loans, exchangeable / convertible bonds, pre-IPO / IPO financing across business verticals
  • Coordinate internally and oversee end-to-end deal execution and project management of all capital raising activities, negotiation, managing documentation, and due diligence processes.
  • Obtaining senior management approvals, preparing investor marketing materials
  • Maintain awareness of the industry, leverage market and competitive intel, staying abreast of emerging trends and opportunities including competition, changes in customer preference, etc.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant loans experience eg. Debt financing, loan syndication, loans product etc
  • Excellent quantitative and financial modelling skills
  • Ability to multitask; project management skills, team player
  • Display good business judgment, negotiation skills and relish working in fast-paced, highly professional environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
