Perform human resources functions, and payroll and claims processing
Coordinate quality management system (QMS) activities and assist in QMS documentation and audit
Provide support in information technology (IT) area and work with vendors in developing, implementing and maintaining company IT system and network
Perform office administrative function such as procurement and payments, office maintenance and infrastructure, project site matters and company management system.
Assist management and project reporting
Provide back up support on the above to branch office
Responsible for staff recruitment, prepare Letter of Appointment and responsible for new contract staff on board orientation.
Coordinate and participate with government agencies and external parties for implementation of work various improvement program and grants.
Assist in other duties assigned
Job Requirement :
Degree / diploma in HR / Business Studies, preferably with 2 years working experiences
