The Corporate Development department at HMI Medical is seeking a Corporate Planning Analyst / Associate to drive strategic value creation within HMI Medical's entities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to developing critical skills in corporate strategy, corporate planning and post-merger integration, particularly in aligning integration strategies to meet HMI's goals post-M&A, focusing on achieving synergy targets and value realization.

Key Responsibilities Overview :

  • Strategy Development : Support the development of integration strategies to achieve synergy targets and value realization.
  • Project Management : Assist in the project management and execution of integration plans / key integration projects.
  • Strategic Planning Support : Contribute to the development of strategic plans specific to integration efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Coordination with cross functional teams and manage internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth integration planning and project execution.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process enhancements and recommend practices to increase efficiency within integration activities.
  • Presentation and Communication : Prepare presentation materials for internal / external discussion and reporting to senior management.
  • Research and Analysis : Conduct relevant research and analysis to support the creation of management and Board materials related to integration activities.

Qualifications Overview :

  • Graduates with Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and suggest solutions.
  • A proactive team player who demonstrates a positive attitude, resourcefulness, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Fundamental understanding of financial statements and accounting principles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • A genuine interest in the healthcare sector and business integration processes
