Process Improvement Map, assess, and refine business processes across markets, ensuring consistency and scalability. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable outcomes in cost, quality, and performance.
System Expertise & Enablement Serve as the product and system expert, guiding business units on system utilization and enhancements. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to design, test, and roll out system solutions that support evolving business needs.
Project Management Lead or support strategic initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability. Deliver high-quality documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
What It Takes
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems / process improvement, preferably in a regional capacity.
Demonstrated ability to work across geographies and cultures, with strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ERP systems or enterprise platforms is a strong plus.
