Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a passion for growth, client relationships, and helping businesses succeed through digital innovation. You’ll lead efforts to generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and close deals across multiple industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs
and propose tailored digital solutions.
Build a sustainable pipeline across SME and corporate segments.
Manage sales activities using CRM tools, with accurate tracking and forecasting.
Represent the company at business networking events, industry talks, and conferences.
As performance grows, recruit, coach, and manage a junior sales team with overriding incentives.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal, consultative selling, and presentation skills.
Able to build trust with C-level stakeholders, business owners, and decision-makers.
