Responsibilities
Define and execute sales strategies that align with regional growth objectives and corporate prioritiesBuild, lead, and coach a high-performing local sales and business development teamIdentify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships across PSPs, MTOs, financial institutions, and corporatesExpand corridor usage through new client acquisition and upselling to existing partnersSurface innovative use cases and market opportunities through deep regional understandingCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions are market-fit and compliantRepresent the company at key industry forums and maintain strong commercial intelligenceRequirements
At least 6 years of experience in enterprise sales, partnership development, or commercial roles within fintech, cross-border payments, or financial institutionsProven track record of meeting or exceeding regional revenue targetsFamiliar with the regulatory and competitive landscape in Southeast Asian marketsExperience leading teams and managing complex, multi-market sales cyclesStrong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsTyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No. : 24C2479
