Roles & Responsibilities
PURPOSE
To perform / review user acceptance testing for newly developed product or product / system enhancement and assisting in administrative duties.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Participate in and sign off test case reviews and user acceptance testing.
- Work closely with stakeholders on allocated Projects / Change requests.
- Ensure that systems are tested thoroughly and comply with the requirements defined in Business Requirement Specifications / Functional Specifications.
- Ensure test results are documented properly.
- Perform customer due diligence checks for Direct-To-Customer business & new customer onboarding at policy servicing.
- Provide administrative support to policy servicing such as handling of physical mails, scanning and perform forms updates.
- Ad-hoc tasks / duties as assigned by the manager.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
At least A level or diploma holdersIT SavvyPositive work attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Self-motivated with critical attention to deadlines and reporting.Should have an aptitude for testing with keen eye for detail.KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
High degree of proficiency in system and internet applications, Outlook & Internet applications.Good understanding of life insurance productExperience in performing user acceptance testing preferred.Tell employers what skills you have
